Subject: Bell Aliant Tariff Notices 591 and 592; Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7724; NorthernTel, Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 429; and Télébec, Société en commandite Tariff Notice 560 – Withdrawal of Hotel services

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 19 August 2025, the Commission received applications from Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada; Bell Canada; NorthernTel, Limited Partnership; and Télébec, Société en commandite (collectively, the Bell companies), in which the Bell companies proposed changes to their respective Hotel service offerings in their respective General Tariffs. Bell Canada also proposed to make a housekeeping change.

Commission staff is analyzing these applications.

As a result, these requests will not be processed before 45 business days after their receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial applications.
