Rogers Communications Canada Inc. – Approval of tariff applications

The Commission approves the following tariff applications:

The rates for these new speeds are currently approved on an interim basis and will be finalized upon the outcome of the proceeding initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation 2023-56.^{Footnote 1}
The Commission received an intervention from TekSavvy Solutions Inc. with regard to these applications.
Revised tariff pages are to be issued within 10 calendar days of the date of this order. Revised tariff pages can be submitted to the Commission without a description page or a request for approval; a tariff application is not required.
