Based on the information the Commission has received, Commission staff informs Altima Solutions Limited (Altima Telecom) that it no longer meets the requirements to remain on the proposed Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) list.
Accordingly, Altima Telecom has been removed from the CRTC’s proposed CLEC registration list and Altima Telecom is no longer authorized to:
- Proceed with further arrangements as necessary to eventually allow it to provide local switched services as a CLEC.
