Dear Kimberly Wood,
Thank you for your correspondence of 24 March 2026 on behalf of the Canada Deaf Grassroots Movement (CDGM), in which you made a procedural request in the above noted proceeding.
In that request, CDGM noted that another party to this proceeding, the Deaf Wireless Canada Consultative Committee’s (DWCC) indicated in its 16 March 2026 intervention that it intended, in the reply phase to this proceeding, to submit certain substantive, technical and analytical elements. CDGM requested that, if the Commission were to allow these additional elements to be added to the record of this proceeding, then all parties be given the opportunity to reply to these additional elements.
The Commission has received the DWCC reply to this proceeding, and it is now available on the public record. Having reviewed the DWCC reply, Commission staff is of the view that it does not contain new elements or information that would warrant granting parties additional time to reply.
