Dear Philippe Gauvin:

The Commission received an application dated 17 April 2026 from Bell MTS proposing to withdraw Item 6800 – Digital Channel Service of its Supplementary Tariff, Special Services and Facilities, CRTC 24002.

Commission staff is analyzing this application.

Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the application.
