Dear Philippe Gauvin:
The Commission received an application dated 23 June 2026 from Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada, proposing to withdraw certain residential services with no customers from its General Tariff, CRTC 21491, and its NBTel General Tariff, CRTC 12001.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
