Help Registering as a Telecommunications Provider

If you have questions about your registration, please contact the DCS Helpdesk at cd-dc@crtc.gc.ca.

If we need more information than you provide, we will contact your entity’s Response Manager.

Update your Registration Information

You must notify us if any registration information has changed, including changes to:

• The legal name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address; or
• The Response Manager’s name, address, telephone and fax number, and email address.
