Update - 2016-05-12 - /A\ Atlantic rebranded as CTV Two Atlantic (also known as CTV2).
Update 2017-03-30 - incorporation on 2016-03-01 of 9643125 Canada Inc., licensee of CHHU-FM.
CRTC 2018-404 - approved a change in ownership and effective control of Newcap and its subsidiaries whereby the control is now exercised by Eric Boyko of Stingray.
Update - 2018-12-20 - on 16 December 2018, Newcap Inc. amalgamated to continue as Stingray Radio Inc.
CRTC 2021-140 - approved the acquisition by Acadia Broadcasting Limited of the assets of CKHY-FM and CKHZ-FM from HFX Broadcasting Inc., a subsidiary of Evanov. NOTE: The transaction closed on May 31, 2021.
Administrative Decision CRTC L2025-0011 - approved a change in ownership, but not the effective control of, 9643125 Canada Inc., 9427899 Canada Inc. and 9015-2018 Québec inc., licensees of CHHU-FM Halifax, Nova Scotia, CKIN-FM Montréal, Quebec, and CHOU-AM Montréal, Quebec, respectively. Two Family Trusts now own the common, participating shares of the three licensees, while the voting shares will continue to be ultimately owned by Antoine (Tony) Karam and Zeina El-Soueidi. Note: The transaction has closed on June 1, 2025.
