Update
CRTC 2015-400 - approved the acquisition by Media ClassiQ Inc. of the assets of the radio station CJPX-FM from Radio-Classique Montréal inc.
Update - 2017-03-30 - new call sign CFNV for the French radio station, owned by 7954689 Canada Inc.
CRTC 2020-114 & 2020-137 - approved, subject to certain amendments, the acquisition by Leclerc Communication inc. of the assets of CJPX-FM Montréal from Média ClassiQ inc. NOTE: The transaction was completed on 12 June 2020.
CRTC 2020-116 - amalgamation of Groupe V Média inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary V Interactions inc. to form a corporation, the name of which is to be determined (VFusion). After the amalgamation, all of the shares will be transferred from Remstar to Bell Canada, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BCE. After, all of the shares will be transferred to Bell Media Inc. NOTE: The changes will be reflected once the Commission receives the amalgamation documents.
CRTC 2020-177 - revocation of the licence issued to Evanov Radio Group Inc. for the AM radio station CHRF.
CRTC 2020-239 - non-renewal of CJMS Saint-Constant licence (re: Jean Ernest Pierre (Groupe Médias Pam & CPAM)).
CRTC 2022-336 - approved the acquisition by Gospel Media Communications of the assets of CJRS (now CKZW) from Radio Chalom.
Administrative Decision CRTC L2023-0010 - approved a change in ownership and effective control of 9427899 Canada Inc. through the transfer of all of the shares held by The Neeti P. Ray Family Trust to Papoo Holdings Inc., a corporation jointly controlled by Antoine Karam and Zeina El-Soueidi. (2023-0057-3) NOTE: The transaction closed on 15 September 2023.
Administrative Decision CRTC L2025-0011 - approved a change in ownership, but not the effective control of, 9643125 Canada Inc., 9427899 Canada Inc. and 9015-2018 Québec inc., licensees of CHHU-FM Halifax, Nova Scotia, CKIN-FM Montréal, Quebec, and CHOU-AM Montréal, Quebec, respectively. Two Family Trusts now own the common, participating shares of the three licensees, while the voting shares will continue to be ultimately owned by Antoine (Tony) Karam and Zeina El-Soueidi. Note: The transaction has closed on June 1, 2025.
