Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1991-125 dated 5 December 1991, the Commission approves the application by CHUM Limited (MuchMusic Network) to amend its current condition of licence requiring the licensee to charge the following wholesale rate per subscriber per month to cable operators wishing to provide MuchMusic on the basic service:
$0.10 from 01/01/92 to 31/12/92; and
$0.08 from 01/01/93 to 31/08/93.
CHUM Limited has proposed to replace the current wholesale rate by charging Télécâble Laurentien Inc. the following wholesale rate for the distribution of MuchMusic on the basic service of the cable distribution undertaking serving Rockland and Clarence Point, Ontario:
$0.01 until 31/12/92; and
$0.02 from 01/01/93 to 31/08/93.
This application was submitted pursuant to an agreement between MuchMusic Network and Télécâble Laurentien Inc.
