Correction

1.

The Commission hereby corrects an error made in Licence renewal of cable distribution undertakings serving part of Montréal and Terrebonne, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2003-523, 24 October 2003. The first two sentences of condition 5 in the Appendix I of the decision should have read:
 

The licensee is relieved of the requirement under section 17 of the Regulations that it distribute the programming services of the priority television stations CFTU-TV and CJNT-TV Montréal on the basic band of its basic service if channels are available. The licensee is nevertheless required to distribute CFTU-TV and CJNT-TV as part of the basic service.
