Annual Return for Online Undertakings

This survey is to be completed by all Online Undertakings in Canada that meet the threshold set out in Broadcasting Regulatory Policies 2024-121.
Undertakings are being asked to submit their data on-line using the Commission’s web-based Data Collection System (DCS) for the period ended 31 August.
Authority
The online undertaking information filed using DCS is submitted under the authority of the Broadcasting Regulatory Policies 2024-121 and 2024-121-1 and Broadcasting Order 2024-194.

These forms are for information purposes only; Available on Open Data and are not to be filed or sent back to the CRTC. The forms should be filed via DCS during the survey period, no later than the due date of 30 November.
Significant changes
- FAQ – Broadcasting Annual Return, Online Undertakings | CRTC
- 1510 and 1511 form will now include new fields related to revenue and a new section pertaining to contributions (only for online undertakings that are not affiliated with a Canadian broadcaster)
