This survey is to be completed by competitors of ILECs in Canada. Entities required to submit data Form 243 will be contacted by the CRTC.

If you have forborne IXPL routes and have not received a request to submit Form 243, please get in touch with us for guidance at cd-dc@crtc.gc.ca.

Authority

This survey is conducted under the authority of the Telecommunications Act, Section 37.

Completion of this survey is a legal requirement under the Telecommunications Act.

Forborne IXPL routes per Telecom Order 99-434.

Due dates

• 1 April - List of forborne IXPL routes as at 31 December of the previous year
• 1 October - List of forborne IXPL routes as at 30 June of the current year

Significant changes

There are no significant changes since the last IXPL Survey.
