As described in Change to the processing time for applications and complaints relating to radio undertakings, Broadcasting Information Bulletin CRTC 2023-278, 22 August 2023, and updated in Processing of radio applications and complaints that have been placed on hold to date, Broadcasting Information Bulletin CRTC 2026-11, 15 January 2026, radio applications will only be processed if the nature of the request is deemed exceptional by the Commission.
Data Collection System
If you need to submit to DCS but don’t have an activation code, please request a code by using the contact form or by sending an email to cd-dc@crtc.gc.ca with “Request for activation code” in the subject line. Send the email from the email you used to sign-up for your MyCRTC Account and include your full name.
Register as a Telecommunications provider
New registrants do not need an activation code. For support to submit to a registration application, please use the contact form or send an email to cd-dc@crtc.gc.ca. Include your full name and legal entity name in the body of the email.
