|
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1984-119 dated 17 May 1984, the Commission approves the application for authority to transfer effective control of Seaside Cable T.V. Ltd. (Seaside), licensee of the broadcasting receiving undertaking serving Glace Bay and surrounding area, through the transfer of 100% of the outstanding common shares from the current shareholders to Irving I. Schwartz, representing a company to be incorporated.

Irving I. Schwartz is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seaside and holds the largest block of voting shares (27.7%) in that company. He will control 100% of the voting shares of the new company to be incorporated.
