Following a Public Hearing in the National Capital Region on the 27 June 1989, the Commission approves the application to amend the licence for CBCH-FM Fort Hope, by changing the program source of the CBC's English-language AM radio network service from CBL Toronto to CBQ Thunder Bay, Ontario.
