The Commission has received the following applications:
ATLANTIC REGION
1.SAINT JOHN, New Brunswick
Application (881605000) by NEW BRUNSWICK BROADCASTING CO. LIMITED, P.O. Box 2000, Saint John, New Brunswick, E2L 3T4, to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting transmitting undertaking for CHSJ Saint John, by increasing the transmitter power from 10,000 to 50,000 watts daytime and from 5,000 to 10,000 watts nighttime, in order to strengthen the signal in the central Saint John area.
The licensee states that while these changes will enlarge the existing coverage area, it does not intend to canvass communities not previously being canvassed for local advertising dollars.
