Decision CRTC 91-100
Orangeville Cable-Vu Limited
Orangeville; and Erin, Hillsburg, Caledon and Caledon East, Ontario - 902034800 - 902033000
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1991-1 dated 3 January 1991, the Commission approves the applications to amend the licences for the broadcasting receiving undertakings serving the communities noted above by adding a condition of licence relieving the licensee of the requirement of section 9 of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986 to distribute the extra-regional priority service of CKNX-TV (IND) Wingham, Ontario, received over-the-air, on the basic band (channels 2 to 13) because of the poor quality of this signal. The licensee will continue to distribute CKNX-TV as part of the basic service of each undertaking.
