The Commission has received the following applications:
1. JEMSEG, MILL COVE AND CUMBERLAND POINT, New Brunswick
Application (902887900) by GRAND LAKE T.V. LIMITED, 9 Trillium Terrace, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3M 3P5, licensee of the broadcasting undertaking (STV) serving the above-mentioned localities, for approval to transfer the effective control of the licensee through the transfer of 95% of the common voting shares currently held by Steven Hanias (47%) and Gary Pellerin (48%) to 047997 N.B. Inc.
As a result of this transaction, Grand Lake T.V. Limited will be effectively controlled by 047997 N.B. Inc., a company controlled equally by Kim Munn and Glendon Smith, each holding one common share.
The ownership of Grand Lake T.V. Limited will therefore be changed as follows:

Russell, to Radio One Ltd.
As a result of this transaction, Carleton-Victoria Broadcasting Co. Ltd. will be directly controlled by Radio One Ltd., which is indirectly controlled by James W. Ross.

Application (910218700) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION further to authority granted to implement a station in Decision CRTC 90-1077 for Deep River, subject to the submission and acceptance of revised technical parameters. The proposed rebroadcasting undertaking for Deep River, which will rebroadcast the programs of CBOT Ottawa (Ontario), will operate from a site near Pembroke on channel 3 with an effective radiated power of 17,430 watts (instead of 3,000 watts originally proposed).
The applicant states that the new transmitter location will improve the service in the Pembroke region.
