The Commission has received the following applications:

Applications (913029500, 913028700) by NEWCAP BROADCASTING LIMITED, P.O. Box 6180, St. John's, Newfoundland, A1C 5X8, to amend the broadcasting licences to carry on the radio programming undertakings for CKXD Gander and CKXG Grand Falls, by changing the program sources as follows:
a) CKXD Gander: from studios located at Gander, CKIX-FM St. John's, CKXG Grand Falls and CFIQ Harbour Grace to studios located at Gander and CKXG Grand Falls; and
b) CKXG Grand Falls: from studios located at Grand Falls, CKIX-FM St. John's and CFIQ Harbour Grace to studios located at Grand Falls.

COMPANY LIMITED, Baddeck (Victoria County), Nova Scotia, B0E 1B0, licensee of the cable distribution undertaking serving Baddeck, for approval to transfer the effective control of the licensee through the transfer of 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares from Jeffery Bradwell and William Axworthy (50% each) to Seaside Cable T.V. (1984) Limited.
As a result of this transaction, the ownership structure of Baddeck Cable T.V. Company Ltd. would therefore be changed as follows:

Coincidentally with the start of the Orillia rebroadcasting, the programming on CKMP will be changed from Gold AC to Country.

5. LA RIVIÈRE, Manitoba
Application (913002200) by LA RIVIÈRE T.V. CLUB INC., P.O. Box 150, La Rivière, Manitoba, R0G 1A0, to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the cable distribution undertaking serving La Rivière, by adding a condition of licence to be relieved from the requirement to distribute, as part of the basic service, the programming service of a French-language television station owned-and-operated by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and distributed to the licensee via satellite or microwave relay, in the absence of a local or regional station distributing such programming, as set out in paragraph 9(1)(f) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
The licensee is presently distributing the CBC French-language television service of the extra-regional station CBWFT Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Applications (911968600, 911589000, 911969400) by NORTHERN NATIVE BROADCASTING, YUKON, 4228A - 4th Avenue, Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Y1A 1K1, for authority to amend the radio programming undertaking licence for CHON-FM Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, by adding transmitters at Burwash Landing, Old Crow and Teslin.
The three transmitters are currently owned and operated by local societies as listed below; however, each society has requested that its licence be revoked and that Northern Native Broadcasting, Yukon be authorized to continue the operation of each transmitter.
