The Commission has received applications from AGT Cellular Limited (AGT Cellular) and Rogers Cantel Inc. (Cantel) for approval of tariff revisions providing for the introduction of general Terms of Service.
By letter dated 13 February 1992, the Commission directed each company to file documentation comparing its proposed Terms of Service with those approved by the Commission in Review of the General Regulations of the Federally Regulated Terrestrial Telecommunications Common Carriers Telecom Decision CRTC 86-7, 6 June 1986, as amended by Telecom Order CRTC 86-593, 22 September 1986 (Decision 86-7, as amended). The companies were directed to provide an explanation (with examples, where appropriate) in each instance where (1) a proposed Term differs from the comparable item approved in Decision 86-7, as amended, (2) a Term has been proposed that is not included in those approved in Decision 86-7, as amended, or (3) an item approved in Decision 86-7, as amended, has been omitted from the proposed Terms. The companies were directed to respond by 13 April 1992.
The Commission invites comment on the Terms of Service proposed by the companies.

3. Persons wishing to participate in this proceeding (interveners) are to notify the Commission at the address noted above by 3 April 1992. The Commission will issue a complete list of parties and their mailing addresses.
4. By 13 April 1992, the companies are to serve on interveners and on each other copies of their tariff filings and of the documentation requested in the Commission's letter of 13 February 1992.
5. Interveners may file comments (including any proposals concerning the Terms of Service) with the Commission, serving copies on the companies, by 12 May 1992.
6. The companies may file replies, serving copies on interveners and on each other, by 22 May 1992.
7. The Commission will issue a draft of proposed final Terms of Service. At that time, the Commission will set out further process for the filing of comment with respect to the proposed Terms.
8. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely mailed, by that date.
