- by decreasing the English-language programs from 15 to 9 hours per broadcast week;
- by decreasing the percentage of French-language vocal music from 65% to 60%; and
- by amending the present condition of licence concerning advertising and replacing it by the following:
 "It is a condition of licence tha the applicant broadcast no more than 6 minutes of adver-tising in every hour of broadcast, and that it broadcast no more than an average of 4 minutes of advertising per hour of broadcast up to a total of 504 minutes of advertising per week."
The proposed amendment is in accordance with the Community Radio Polilcy concerning type B stations, as indicated in Public Notice CRTC 1992-38 dated 29 May 1992.
The Commission notes the apparent non-compliance of the licensee with subsection 8(6) of the Radio Regulations, 1986 concerning the provision of logger tapes, and its apparent non-compliance concerning the broadcasting of French-language vocal music.
