The Commission has received the following applications:

1. HAPPY VALLEY/GOOSE BAY AND LABRADOR CITY/WABUSH (LABRADOR), Newfoundland
Applications (941012700, 941013500, 941014300) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION:
a) to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CFGB-FM Happy Valley/ Goose Bay, by deleting the authority granted in Decision CRTC 94-298, which added the transmitter CBDQ Labrador City/ Wabush to its licence and renewed the broadcasting licence from 1 September 1994 to 31 August 2001;
b) to amend the broadcasting licence of CBDQ Labrador City/Wabush, by changing the program source from CFGB-FM Happy Valley/Goose Bay to local programming received from Labrador City/Wabush and programs received from CFGB-FM; and
c) to renew the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CBDQ Labrador City/ Wabush from 1 December 1994 to 31 August 1995.

Application (940011000) by TÉLÉMÉDIA COMMUNICATIONS INC. to amend the condition of licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CITE-FM Montréal, to use a Subsidiary Communication Multiplex Operations (SCMO) channel for the purpose of distributing 168 hours per week of ethnic programming that would be at 80% to 85% of the time in the Greek-language.

Intervention

In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of a hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you would provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;
- a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;
- the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
