IN THE MATTER OF an ex parte application filed by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 5867 dated 12 November 1996.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 February 1997 are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms on the effective date.
