Transfer of control

Pursuant to the procedures outlined in Public Notice CRTC 1992-72 dated 2 November 1992 entitled "A Review of the CRTC's Regulations and Policies for Radio", the Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A96-0034 dated 7 March 1996, the transfer of control of Radio Nord inc., Radio Fusion inc. and Radio La Sarre inc., licensees of radio programming undertakings serving the communities noted above, through the issuance of multiple voting shares of the holding company Assurgo inc. to Jean-Yves Gourd.
