Telecom Order CRTC 97-198
IN THE MATTER OF an application by Téléphone Guèvremont Inc. (Guèvremont) under Tariff Notice 132 dated 24 December 1996, for approval of tariff revisions relating to custom calling features (CCF) and call management service (CMS) features.
WHEREAS the proposed tariff revisions state that calling features are part of individual line service;
WHEREAS the Commission considers that calling features are offered to the subscribers of individual line service but are not part of it; and
WHEREAS the Commission considers that the company's proposals are otherwise reasonable -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Tariff Notice 13 is approved subject to the following amendment to Item 2.1.9.1: replace the beginning of the second paragraph [TRANSLATION] "Calling features are part of the individual line service" with [TRANSLATION] "Calling features are offered to the subscribers of individual line service".
