Telecom Order CRTC 97-942

On 16 June 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of BC TEL, Bell Canada, The Island Telephone Company Limited, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited and NewTel Communications Inc., an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 July 1997 are approved on an interim basis. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms on the effective date.
