Revocation

1. Fundy Cable Ltd./Ltée (Fundy) has requested the revocation of its licence for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve the above-noted localities.
|
|
2. In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Fundy for the above-mentioned undertaking.
