Licence renewal for CFLZ-FM

1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for CFLZ-FM Niagara Falls from 1 January 1999 to 31 August 2005, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licence, as well as to those conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued.

2. It is a condition of licence that the licensee:

· use this station solely to broadcast pre-recorded tourist information for the purpose of informing visitors to Niagara Falls; and

· broadcast no advertising material.
