Telecom Order CRTC 98-428
On 30 March 1998, La Corporation de Téléphone de La Baie (1993) filed an agreement to ensure the 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service as well as an agreement for the termination and collection of receivables for municipal charges associated with 9-1-1 Service with the Union des municipalités de comté et des municipalités locales du Québec and la municipalité de Baie-du-Febvre.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
Tariff Notice 9 is approved effective the date of this Order.
