On 30 April 1998, MTS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 250, Resale and Sharing, to remove a restriction on the resale of Centrex service.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 June 1998 are approved.
