Telecom Order CRTC 98-542

On 5 May 1998, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 40, Introduction to Primary Service, to reinstate a clause which limits customers from having both flat rate service and measured rate service on the same premises.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 5 June 1998 are approved.
