  Transfer of control and shares
  The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A98-0102 dated 13 August 1998, a change to the effective control of Island Cablevision Ltd., licensee of the cable and radiocommunication distribution undertakings serving the above-noted localities, through the transfer of all the securities to Bragg Communications Incorporated, on behalf of a company to be incorporated, to be known as Island Cable Holdings Limited, a company to be beneficially owned and controlled by John L. Bragg.
