  Change to authorized service area
  1. The Commission approves the application to change the authorized service area for the cable distribution undertaking serving Montréal and vicinity, by excluding the community of Kahnawake.
  2. In Decision CRTC 99-493 dated 17 November 1999, the Commission approved an application submitted by Alan Paul, doing business under the name of "Paul Communications", to obtain a broadcasting licence for a new cable distribution undertaking to serve this area. This undertaking will be linked by optical fibre to the Vidéotron ltée undertaking and will distribute the same programming services.
