  Application processed by Public Notice CRTC 1999-171 dated 21 October 1999
  Deletion of authority for transmitter CKHL at High Level
  1. Peace River Broadcasting Corporation Ltd. (Peace River) has requested the deletion of its authority for CKHL High Level, a transmitter of CKYL Peace River.
  2. Decision CRTC 98-477, dated 5 October 1998, approved Peace River’s application for a new FM radio programming undertaking at High Level. This decision noted Peace River‘s intention to surrender its authority for CKHL once the new FM station went on air.
  3. The Commission hereby amends the licence for the radio programming undertaking CKYL Peace River, by deleting the authority for its transmitter CKHL at High Level.
