Further to its Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 1999-14 dated 24 December 1999 relating to its public hearing which will be held on 6 March 2000, at the Hôtel Beauséjour, 750 Main Street, Moncton, New Brunswick, the Commission announces the following:
AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT, THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM THE PUBLIC HEARING

MONCTON, New Brunswick
Application (199909389) by EAST COAST BROADCASTING INC., P.O. Box 770, Shédiac, New Brunswick, E0A 3G0, for a broadcasting licence to carry on an English-language FM radio programming undertaking at Moncton. The new station would operate on frequency 99.9 MHz (channel 260C1) with an effective radiated power of 45,000 watts.
The applicant proposes a CHR (Contemporary Hit Radio) format.
