Correction to Decision CRTC 2001-235

1.

In Decision CRTC 2001-235 dated 27 April 2001, the Commission approved applications for authority to:

· transfer the assets of the cable distribution undertaking serving Trois-Rivičres from Cogeco Cāble Canada inc. to Médiacāble inc.; and,

· transfer the assets of the cable distribution undertaking serving Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs from Médiacāble inc. to Cogeco Cāble Laurentides inc.

2.

The Commission, in error, stated that it would issue a Class 3 licence to Médiacāble inc. in respect of the Trois-Rivičres undertaking. In fact, the licence to be issued will be a Class 1 licence.

3.

The Commission notes that is the intention of Médiacāble inc. to change its name to Cogeco Cāble Trois-Rivičres inc.
