RE: APPROVAL -- Application No. 2000-2334-1
Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
CBD-FM - Saint John, New Brunswick
Decrease in Power and Increase in Antenna Height

Dear Mrs. Morry:

This is further to your application received at the Commission to amend the broadcasting licence of the radio programming undertaking CBD-FM Saint John, New Brunswick.

The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CBD-FM Saint John by decreasing the effective radiated power from 100,000 watts to 80,000 watts and by increasing the antenna height.

The Commission authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the above-mentioned changes.

The Commission requires you to append this decision to the licence of your undertaking or, in the case where a licence has not yet been issued, to the original decision granting you a licence.

Yours sincerely,

Ursula Menke
Secretary General
