Re: Request by ARC/PIAC for an extension to filing deadline in response to Supplementary Commission interrogatory dated 16 August 2001

This letter is in response to a request by ARC/PIAC for an extension to the 21 August filing deadline for responding to interrogatory PIAC(CRTC) 16 Aug01 - 101 PN 01-34.

The above noted interrogatory required ARC/PIAC to provide a complete copy of the survey report referred to in PIAC's submission dated 8 August 2001.

Staff considers that the requested extension is reasonable under the circumstances.

The response to the above noted interrogatory must be filed and served on all interested parties by 7 September 2001. Documents must be received, and not merely sent, by the date indicated.
