Further to its Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2001-7 and 2001-7-2 dated 6 July 2001 and 3 August 2001 relating to the Public Hearing which will be held on 10 September 2001, at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Hull, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:

INDUSTRY CANADA HAS NOT CONFIRMED THAT APPLICATION NO. 2001-0569-4 (FREQUENCY 107.5 (CHANNEL 298B1) IS TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. THEREFORE, THE COMMISSION IS WITHDRAWING THE ABOVE APPLICATIONS FROM THIS PUBLIC HEARING.
