Prince Rupert City Telephones
Reference: Tariff notice 56

Cellular system access fee

1.

The Commission received an application by Prince Rupert City Telephones (CityTel), dated 28 March 2002, to amend item 9, System Access Fee, under section 12 of its General Tariff, in order to increase the cellular customer's monthly system access fee from $4.00 to $6.95. This charge would be prorated according to the month of activation.

The revisions result from adjustments for inflation and are in accordance with Regulatory framework for the small independent telephone companies, Decision CRTC 2001-756, 14 December 2001.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves CityTel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

CityTel is to issue forthwith revised tariff pages to reflect these changes.
