Wireless service provider enhanced provincial 9-1-1 network access service agreement

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 27 January 2003, for approval of the executed Wireless Service Provider Enhanced Provincial 9-1-1 Network Access Service Agreement (the agreement) between TELE-MOBILE carrying on business as TELUS Mobility Company and TCI for the British Columbia region.

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of wireless service provider enhanced provincial 9-1-1 network access service between the two companies.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves on an interim basis TCI's application.
