Telecom Order CRTC 2003-459

  Ottawa, 14 November 2003

TELUS Communications Inc.

  Reference: Tariff Notice 124

Amalgamation of tariff items associated with Remote Call Forwarding

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 8 October 2003, to amalgamate tariff items associated with Remote Call Forwarding.

2.

TCI proposed to amalgamate the former TCI General Tariff item 655, Remote Call Forwarding, and the former TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. (TCBC) General Tariff item 130, Remote Call Forwarding (RCF), to the TCI General Tariff item 314, Remote Call Forwarding.

3.

TCI stated that the proposed changes would have no impact on the rates. Moreover, TCI indicated that it would adopt the wording of the former TCI Conditions of Service, and that item 130.C.4 of the former TCBC would continue to apply to British Columbia only.

4.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

5.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
