TELUS Communications Inc.

Operator services

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 10 October 2003, to revise General Tariff item 308, Operator Services, in order to provide Automated Directory Assistance Call Completion Service to its registered customers with special needs free of charge.

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

TCI filed the application pursuant to the directives in Part VII application by the Advocates for Sight Impaired Consumers to amend TELUS Communications Inc. General Tariff item 308, Operator Services, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-61, 10 September 2003.

4.

The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of 1 December 2003.
