CFNO-FM Marathon - Licence amendment

1.

The Commission approves the application by North Superior Broadcasting Ltd. (North Superior) to amend the broadcasting licence for its radio programming undertaking CFNO-FM Marathon, by deleting the transmitter CFNO-FM-6 Dubreuilville.

2.

North Superior has advised the Commission that the transmitter CFNO-FM-6 Dubreuilville, previously used as a relay, is no longer required.

3.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.
