Revocation of licence

1.

Briercrest Community Radio Inc. has requested the revocation of its licence for the community-based campus radio programming undertaking CJOS-FM Caronport, Saskatchewan.

2.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Briercrest Community Radio Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
