CBAL-FM Moncton - Technical change

1. The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to change the authorized contours of the radio programming undertaking CBAL-FM Moncton, by decreasing the effective radiated power from 77,000 watts to 67,600 watts and by increasing the antenna height.
2. The Commission notes that there will be no significant change to the authorized contours.
3. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
