Revocation of licence - Exempted small cable broadcasting distribution undertaking

1.

Big Cedar (ORO) Residents Association has confirmed its eligibility for exemption in accordance with Amendments to the Exemption order for small cable undertakings, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2002-74, 19 November 2002 (Public Notice 2002-74).

2.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Big Cedar (ORO) Residents Association for the undertaking serving Big Cedar Estates, Ontario.

3.

The Commission reminds the operator of this undertaking that it must, at all times, comply with the criteria contained in the exemption order attached to Public Notice 2002-74.
