Please Be Advised:

The Commission's Legal Directorate has been advised by Telus Communications Inc. that they intend to file their comments regarding the Review of the Rates set out in Appendix A of the Legal Directorate's Guidelines for Taxation of Costs, by Friday, 10 March 2006. Given this delay, the Legal Directorate has decided to extend the deadline for filing replies to 27 March 2006.

Consistent with the process set out in previous correspondence, parties are reminded that they are to file their submissions with the Legal Directorate by e-mail, to paul.menard@crtc.gc.ca. Parties are to serve copies on all participating parties at the addresses previously provided by the Legal Directorate.
