RENEWALS OF CABLE DISTRIBUTION UNDERTAKING LICENCES DUE TO EXPIRE 31 AUGUST 2006

The Commission announces that it has received licence renewal applications for cable distribution undertakings whose licences are due to expire on 31 August 2006, as listed in this public notice.
|
|
|
*The Commission also announces that some of these licensees have also submitted applications to amend their licensed areas. These are noted with an asterisk (*) beside the application number in this public notice.
|
|
|
** Cablevision du Nord de Québec inc. requests to delete the restriction concerning the marketing, advertisement, promotion and billing jointly with telecommunications services imposed in Decision CRTC 99-75.
|
|
|
The Commission intends to approve the applications to amend the licensed areas and to renew these broadcasting licences for a full seven year term and subject to any interventions. The conditions contained in the current licences would apply.

A true copy must be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention sent to the Commission.

Before initiating service through electronic mode, please ensure that you will be able to satisfy the Commission, upon request, that service of the notification was completed.
